Water aerobics is a no-impact water workouts for getting fit, building strength, and rehabbing from injuries. This exercise helps build muscle without putting extra strain on your body. A fun way to exercise that improves agility, cardiovascular endurance, and increases calorie burn. 17 and up welcome. Monday-Thursday until September 25. $10 for weekly passes. Yoga in the Park

Yogic Meditation
This group is hosted by Carmen and focuses on Yogic style meditation. All participants have the option of a chair or a mat and bolster to sit on, but feel free to bring a zafu/zabutan if you have one you like to use! Each session begins with a short talk on Yoga Philosophy, an explanation of the techniques, then have 10-20 minutes of practice together.
