PULSE Art and Technology Festival Opening Reception and Lecture 

Celebrate the opening night of Telfair's 19th annual PULSE Art + Technology Festival with a reception, the opening of two PULSE exhibitions, a VJ performance by the Medeology Collective, projections by Diana Reichenbach, Melissa Huang, Michael Betancourt. Bojana Ginn and student media art projects. Featured artist Bojana Ginn will discuss her new exhibition 'Biometric Sublime' on view at the Jepson Center. Ossabaw Night in Savannah Lecture 

Enjoy a lecture led by Elizabeth DeBose, Executive Director of the Ossabaw Island Foundation as they discuss the Torrey Home turning 100: On Rehabilitating a “Southern Palace” on Ossabaw Island, Georgia. DeBose will weave together stories that shaped the house including fire and resilience, relocation and reinvention, design, innovation, and stewardship, and the people whose vision and labor made the place what it is. Family Day at the Davenport House Museum: Historic Trades 

Experience the sights, sounds, and skills of early Savannah at a special Family Day at the Davenport House Museum! Presented with sponsorship support from the City of Savannah, this free event will focus on historic trades, including embroidery, leatherwork, printmaking and woodturning. The Family Day event will offer creative activities and hands-on learning opportunities for adults and children of all ages. Attendees can explore the award-winning museum's grounds and interact with artisans who will bring the working world of the past to life with hands-on craft stations and live demonstrations.
