This is the second set of public meetings on the enhancements to the City Stormwater Management Program that will utilize increased funding from a proposed Stormwater Utility. The November 2025 round of meetings will include specific information about projects, service delivery, and projected Stormwater Utility user fees for each customer type. Residents and businesses are encouraged to attend any of the three meetings and will have the opportunity to learn about the proposed utility, ask questions, and provide feedback. Free. All meetings 5:30-7:30 p.m. Locations vary, visit savannahga.gov/stormwaterutility for each day’s location.

Speculative Structures brings together five artists whose works probe how systems — social, material, linguistic, and psychological — shape human experience. Each artist reconfigures structure as an active field rather than a fixed frame, revealing how repetition, pattern, and gesture can both uphold and dismantle the orders we inhabit. Free. Celestial Seafarers: The Ghost Voyage
The veil between worlds grows thin at Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum. Celestial Seafarers: The Ghost Voyage returns for two unforgettable nights, November 13 and 14, offering an immersive experience of art, light, and sound where art and apparition intertwine, and forgotten maritime tales drift back to life beneath the moonlight. Imagined by some of Savannah‘s most daring contemporary artists, the event transforms the historic Scarbrough House and Gardens into a living canvas of glowing installations, ambient soundscapes, and ethereal performances. Drawing inspiration from maritime legends, shipwrecks, and ghost stories whispered along the coast, the event is alive with the echoes of lost voyages and sailors’ souls. This year’s visionary lineup includes Marcus Kenney, Will Penny, Todd Schroeder, Kris Russell, Matt Toole, Joshua Alexander, Abby Portner, Greg Finger, Kevin Kirkwood, Matt Van Rys, and more—each pushing the boundaries of art, technology, and ghostly lore to create an experience like no other. $22 general admission, 6:30-9:30 p.m. Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum, 41 MLK Blvd.
