All the way from Japan comes this psych rock band. Savannah Repertory Theatre Presents Tiny Beautiful Things
Savannah Repertory Theatre is proud to announce its production of Tiny Beautiful Things, adapted by Nia Vardalos from the best-selling book by Cheryl Strayed. Directed by The Rep’s Artistic Director Natasha Drena, this heartfelt and deeply human play invites audiences into the world of empathy, resilience, and the healing power of shared stories. Based on Strayed’s popular “Dear Sugar” advice column, Tiny Beautiful Things brings compassion, humor, and raw honesty to the stage. Yogic Meditation
This group is hosted by Carmen and focuses on Yogic style meditation. All participants have the option of a chair or a mat and bolster to sit on, but feel free to bring a zafu/zabutan if you have one you like to use! Each session begins with a short talk on Yoga Philosophy, an explanation of the techniques, then have 10-20 minutes of practice together. Amici Music Presents the Jewish Soul
Classical music lovers will appreciate another series by Amici Music,this time performing a powerful "JEWISH SOUL" program with the husband and wife team of violinist Thiago Formiga and his cellist Leah Dutton. This concert will feature works by Jewish composers (Mendelssohn, Bloch, and Popper) as well as composers such as Bruch who were strongly influenced by Jewish liturgical music.
