“The Love Triangle” with Amici Music 

Lover of classical music? Check out Amici Music as they present "The Love Triangle" with the return of Irina Rostomashvili, the amazing violinist from the Republic of Georgia. “The Great Gatsby” Film Screening 

Step back into the Roaring Twenties for a glamorous night at the historic Tybee Post Theater as they celebrate the Junior League of Savannah's 100 year anniversary with a special screening of “The Great Gatsby”. Channel your inner flapper or dapper gentleman and enjoy an evening of vintage vibes, iconic style, and old-school glamour inspired by the 1920s. Combination Green-Meldrim House and St. John’s Church Tour with Refreshment on the Porch 

Enjoy a tour of the Green-Meldrim House and St. John’s Church. Both the Church and House are in the Gothic Revival style, offering a study in mid-nineteenth century architecture, urban planning and aesthetics. The Combo Tour will focus on how their uses and interiors have changed and been adapted over the years. Following the tour, refreshments will be served at the Green-Meldrim House “a la tea party style.” Patrons will enjoy local favorites on the porch overlooking Madison Square. Train Rides in April 

Into trains? Here’s your chance to take a ride on one! Take a short train ride with Savannah’s Georgia State Railroad Museum Wednesdays through Sundays in April! Train rides are hourly 10AM-3PM (10AM, 11AM, 12PM, 1PM, 2PM, and 3PM) Train ride tickets are on a first come, first served basis. Schedules are subject to change, please call ahead. Savannah Rep opens "The White Chip"

Savannah Repertory Theatre presents The White Chip, a deeply human, unexpectedly funny, and moving story about resilience, the non-linear path of recovery, and the power of connection. The play follows Steven, a successful theatre director whose life begins to unravel as his alcoholism worsens, revealing the complicated and often non-linear journey toward healing. Told with sharp wit, honesty, and emotional depth, The White Chip reminds audiences that connection—to ourselves, to others, and to our stories—is what sustains us through life’s most difficult moments. Thursday Night Skate at the Park 

Join the 912 Skaters Coalition for a skate night at Lake Mayer! All levels welcome. Everyone must be out of the park by 10:00 p.m., or they will get locked in. SCAD Cinema Circle: “The Secret of Nimh” with animator John Pomeroy 

Celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Don Bluth Collection at SCAD with this special screening of his acclaimed directorial debut featuring longtime collaborator, animator and producer John Pomeroy. Based on the award-winning children’s novel by Robert C. O’Brien, this expertly crafted animated favorite follows Mrs. Brisby, a devoted mother mouse who must find a way to save her family and their home from Farmer Fitzgibbons' plow. "Designing the Next Layer of History: New Architecture in Savannah's Historic Districts" 

Historic Savannah Foundation (HSF) will host a special panel discussion titled “Designing the Next Layer of History: New Architecture in Savannah’s Historic Districts” as part of the 2026 HSF Lecture Series, “The People, Places and Stories That Define Savannah." Moderated by Ellen Harris of Ethos Preservation, this panel discussion will feature architects Shedrick Coleman of ShEDDarchitecture, Neil Dawson of LS3P and Patrick Phelps of Hansen Architects. The panel will explore the opportunities and constraints of designing new construction in Savannah’s historic districts and consider whether the review process can evolve to produce more thoughtful buildings that contribute to Savannah’s architectural legacy. Same As It Ever Was 

Enjoy a free concert on the riverfront! Eastern Wharf's Spring Concert Series, curated by Savannah Stopover Music Festival, continues with Same As It Ever Was. Known as the ultimate Talking Heads tribute band, Same As It Ever Was is a seven piece group that performs impressive covers of the group's iconic songs, including "Burning Down The House," "Psycho Killer" and "Take Me to the River." This talented band from Knoxville, Tennessee is known for delivering high-energy performances that respect the integrity of Talking Heads' groundbreaking music while bringing their own style and infectious spirit to cuts from the band's signature "77," "Stop Making Sense" and "Naked" albums. Curtain Call

A celebration of the performers and creatives who have made their mark on the Club One stage. This showcase will feature The Club One Cabaret, The Bay Street Theatre, Savannah Cabaret, The Bay Street Bombshells, The Assembly of Phantasms, and Tied & Tasseled Fetish Cabaret. The event will also include a tribute to The Lady Chablis, whose bold, unforgettable presence helped define the spirit of Club One and brought national attention to its stage. “Phil the Neighborhoods” Concerts 

The Savannah Philharmonic is proud to present their annual “Phil The Neighborhoods” spring concert series. “The Librarians” Documentary Screenings 

To kick off National Library Week (April 19 - 26), Live Oak Public Library will present a free screening of the acclaimed documentary, “The Librarians”. Kim A. Snyder's gripping film depicts real public librarians across the United States leading the fight to protect intellectual freedom and First Amendment rights from extremist movements to censor books. After the screening, Nate Coulter, Executive Director of the Central Arkansas Library System, will discuss the film's themes of access, equity and the role of public libraries in defending intellectual freedom, with Live Oak Public Library Executive Director, Lola DeWitt, and answer audience questions. Early Bird’s Heart of the Historic District Walking Tour 

Step into spring with a guided morning walk through Savannah’s most beautiful architecture. Led by the GMH Director, this tour explores historic buildings, gardens, and stories of preservation that continue to shape the city. The experience begins and ends at the Green-Meldrim House and concludes with coffee and treats on the porch overlooking the parterre garden. 90 minute walk.
